The scheme covers modifications and applies to drivers aged 19 and over for Third Party, Fire & Theft cover and 22 and over for Comprehensive cover. All drivers must have held a licence for at least 1 year and have minimum 7 months' experience of driving similar performance cars.

Saving applies to new policies for named drivers and is subject to individual circumstances including restrictions on claims/convictions, certain high-risk postcodes and occupations. Excludes classic cars.

Well I have been doing some phoning around...Our friendly owners club insurance provider Chris Knott will beat any quote on a C4 by 10%!!! I had a good chat with the lady there and she arranged my claim from Christmas to "go away" so my quote was based on 1yr NCB. That's the best she could get for me should be 2 but I can handle them only accepting 1.

Basically boils down to I was hit by an un-insured driver and they took pity on me (and I promised I would write a glowing report on them!!) so my quote is down to just over £800 still is a lot of cash but it beats the others by £400! and in some cases £2500!! and the excess is a lot lower than I expected a not to shocking £350.

So the C4 is staying!!!! Going on how much she did for me I would highly recommend everyone to give them a call at renewal time and I hope you will be as happy as I am now!!

I'm with Chris Knott, you really can't go wrong with them, I'm paying £346 FC on the C4 (29yo, 11 Years NCB, SE London Postcode), they offered to match a quote I got with Swiftcover, once I emailed them the details, they matched it there and then, and bought my excess down to £200, from £550!

Just had my Home Insurance Renewal in and they have reduced my premium down by £73.44 p.a. (28%) from that quoted at renewal by... Churchill!

Oh and the cover is better as well

I too have just renewed with Chris Knott.....absolutely brilliant all round service. My quote was about £330 with protected no claims and an excess of £100! Cheapest around by a good 10% but what really counts here is the customer service.

They really do call you back when they say they will.........many many other insurance companies (or for that matter car dealers!!) could learn from these guys.

Can't recommend them highly enough..........if you have a citroen C4 you should be insured by them.
